I forgot my security answers and rescue email is incorrect?

I forgot my security answers and want to change my rescue email because its invalid/ typed it wrong. I cant even purchase anything on the app store. I don't know what to do about this thing, please help and tell me a solution if possible, then only live chat. Calling isn't going to work for me.
