How to Publish to iBooks - Need Step by Step Instructions

Hello,

I would like to sell the book on the Apple Book Store for iBooks.

I have created an eBook using Pages 5.52. I exported to an ePub format.

What I have learned so far is as follows:

1 - Sign up provide Tax ID etc - Completed.

I am stumped beyond this point:

1 - Do I really need iTunes Producer? Can’t find iTunes Producer on the AppleStore.

2 - Do I really need iBooks Author (I’ve already created the book using Pages).

As indicated, I already created the Book using Pages 5.52.

Can’t I just upload this ePub file for my book?

I just purchased my new iMac, so I am a newbie at book publishing.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
