v8 saffari has no apperance tab, where is it?

had to update to Yos for software reasons ... all text now is in italics and bold rather than a traditional roman sans... searches all show set it in the appearance tab, but there is no appearance tab .. firefox still works great but use safari on other machine and would prefer to stay consistent with one browser...
