MY friend and I are trying to connect by Facetime, get to the connect stage, and it just does nothing. I have tried with Ipad2, and newer Ipad 4, nothing happens. Any suggestions? I have been through the user guide, done all suggested, but still wont connect. Is there an issue with Facetime I dont know about???

THanks Jason L. Did all that, but I think my friend needs to do an update. Hers is an Ipad 2, so not sure if it can handle an update to version 8, but worth a try. I told her to do it via the computer, not by wifi, and it takes too long.
