How to restore whatsapp backup data from different apple id(icloud backup)? Please help

My Iphone 4 has apple id. Recently bought Iphone 5 created it with different apple id. I have successfully backup my contacts. Can some one help me to transfer the data transfer (SMS, Whatsapp chat history, Viber Chat History, Notes & Calender) from iphone4 apple id to iphone5 apple id?😐 It would be great help if some one can provide solution.
