"(1) key can be replaced and the "

Yes the keys are easily replaced.

"(2) key can be fixed"

The key, if it's not working is probably beyond help. The keyboard itself can be replaced. In general a repairer will replace the entire upper case. However if you find the keyboard it is possible to replace just the keyboard. I've done 4 of these so far.
