How to reset/refill the security question

Dear all,

I have my own iCloud account with my personal email address (yahoo.co.uk; iCloud.com; me.com) and using it for 3 devices. Everything's OK for iCloud Key chance, iCloud email, iCloud driver... But unfortunately I forget the security question, so I can't purchase anything from AppStore. Now I want to upgrade my iCloud account to 20GB of storage, but it can not be done without security question.

So, can I reset/refill the security question? My mailbox is almost full... Please help!

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.

You can reset your Security Questions if you know your Apple ID password and the answers to the existing Security Questions. However, if you have forgotten the answers to your Security Questions you will need to contact Apple Support to reset them for you:
