iPad air 2 screen become blue and suddenly shut down

what should I do when my iPad air 2 suddenly become blue screen and shut down. I just buy it today. Do I need to change a new one or the people in Apple store can fix it ? i just download so many things, so i really don't want to change a new one.

i Also has the problem in face time. I can only answer other people call, but not calling other. What should I do?
