Can I re-install Windows on my Windows Partition?
Can I re-install Windows on my Windows Partition just as I would on a non-bootcamp drive or is there something I need to know?

You can reinstall Windows like in any other PC. Just start up from the Windows installation DVD or USB drive by holding down the Alt key while your Mac is starting up, and at the point of choosing the installation partition, choose the Windows partition (you can format it or not).
