Export specefic iTunes music information to spreadsheet?

Ok so I really need help with this one. I'm doing a school project and I need to be able to chart the Date Added, Date Last Played, and # of plays.

Does anyone know of a way to export/copy/retrieve that information from itunes? Past answers suggested that you could simply select and copy paste any information visible straight from itunes, but it no longer seems to function like that.

I also saw someone wrote a quick ruby script to do something similar (https://gist.github.com/kylecronin/2221203 ) which I'm sure I could modify easily enough...but I have no idea how to use it, so an answer to this would work just as well as above!

I really just don't want to manually enter the info for 814 songs... please help!
