Does Yosemite setup default users or was my mac air hacked before i ever got it?

When you get a new Mac with Yosemite, Setup Assistant shows up the first time you start up your Mac to set it up, including the step to create a new user. If you got a Mac and it came with an existing user, contact with the vendor, and if it was sold as a new one, return it.
