GPU Kernal panic

I recently upgraded my laptop's operation system to Yosemite and right after that i started having issues and sudden kernel panics whenever i use high end graphic design softwares such photoshop, cinema 4D and illustrator. I went to the Apple authorized service provider and they told me i need to change the logic board because the ram is failing. My laptop is out of warranty so it cost me a lot of money. After they replaced my logic board they told me your hard drive might be failing as well.

I am really disappointed the laptop has been with me for about a year and a half and i started getting such issues.

My laptops specs are:

2.7GHz Intel Core i7

Nvidia Ge force GT650M 1024Mb

I never had such a problem with my laptop until i upgraded to yosemite. This is really annoying!

What is the solution for such a problem?

Why did the hard drive and the logic board fail?!

Thanks

I ran the repair disk and it said my macintosh HD volume is OK

And when i ran the repair disk permission and i had youtube and safari open it crashed.

Then i restarted and booted to the recovery partition and selected disk utility and did both tests " verify and repair" the ones on the right side and left side. Verify disk permission and repair disk permission as well as the verify and repair disk.

And it still said the macintosh HD is OK

The GPU has been replaced 2 days ago, the whole motherboard was replaced with a new one. and i had to pay 610$ for a replacement and they informed me that the SSD hard drive will cost around 1000$.

I am never buying apple again. This is getting me mad and its insane.

I need to find a solution, because apple genus informed me that the SSD needs to replaced incase of sudden restarts.

I believe that Yosemite has caused all these issues and apple is responsible for the issues i have because i never had such issues before yosemite was out.

Btw, i downgraded to Mavericks.

Thanks,

If anyone could provide more help it'd be great
