Q: How to make my balance zero to switch country

I understand that you are unable to change the country associated with your iTunes account as you have an unused credit balance.  You will need to reach out to our iTunes support team to assist you with this.  

If you don't have a credit card, contact iTunes Store support.

Can't change the country of your iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, or Mac App Store account
