change security questions without using my rescue email.

Hi, I changed my rescue email as it was an old one and i received an iTunes gift voucher that day I was able to redeem but when I went to purchase an app I need the answers to my security questions but is forgotten them and my rescue email won't work for some reason. can anyone help please
