my MBP can not startup after remove subdirectories under /var/folders/, found error in system.log: could not create persistent store directory (Input/output error)

my problem:

my MBP(15.4 with retina, Mac OS X 10.10) is stuck at the grey start up screen with the apple & spinng wheel and won't start up..

my actions(try to resolve the problem)

1, try to startup my MBP in safe-boot(hold on Thift button during startup)

result: failed to startup my MBP

2, try to restart my MBP after verify and repair my disk(hold on Option+Commond+R during startup, then select disk utility)

result: failed, and my disk is OK

3, try to see system.log

1), make a bootable MAC OS X USB disk(hold on Option+Commond+R during startup, get into Internet Recovery, then select install MAC OS X to my USB disk)

2), boot from my USB disk

3), found error message in /var/log/system.log

I remember that I have remove some subdirectories under /var/folders/. So I think I get into the same problem.

I try the method mentioned in single user mode(hold on Commond + S during startup) with following operations:

mount -o update /

cd /Volumes/Macintosh\ HD/

mkdir var/folders

mkdir var/folders/zz

mkdir var/folders/zz/zyxvpxvq6csfxvn_n00000sm00006d

reboot

result: still failed to startup my MBP with similar messages in system.log

want Help:

I know that reinstall my MAC OS X may resolve the problem.

I want to know is there any solution to recover my MBP without reinstallation.

Any help is appreciate.
