iPhone6 plus wont turn on

I just got my phone 4 days ago and its been having problems charging up . Now it just jumped from 7 % to 1% and turned off so i tried to charge it up by the wall socket but it didn't do anything , then i tried on my laptop ;when i use my laptop all it does is cuts on then off charge cuts on then cuts off .and its not charging .
