Remove Windows Start Up Disk - Read summary please.

I used to have Windows installed on Bootcamp but have since removed this as well as the partition using disk utility. HOWEVER when i start up my Macbook Pro (holding option) there is an option to boot into Windows? how can i get rid of this as it boots into this by default and leads to a black screen.

To confirm;

No additional disk on Disk utility - only the Mac HD

Bootcamp no longer has option to remove partition

Apple Diag (Hold D on startup) shows no issues

Boots into this windows disk by default.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as it's annoying.
