Hi all,
How do I stop iTV from being the default "player"?
Generally I simply want to look at local or world news which I don't need or want iTunes for...
In other words, how does one bypass iTV

My TV has only one HDMi port, so I'm stuck with simply unplugging it.
I think a so-called Smart TV with direct internet connecting possibilities is much better that Apple iTV
I could have saved 99 Euros (or dollars) 🙂

If you simply wanted news then you would need to switch to cable, you don't need to unplug just switch the source using your Tvs remote.
