change country of apple store when $0.05 in the account

I used to live in the US and therefore my itunes store was set on US store. Now I permanently moved to germany and would like to switch my itunes store to Germany. I cannot do that as I still have 5 cents in the account. Apple tells me to use up the remainder of the money by purchasing something fpr more than 5 cents but I cannot do that as it asks me to privide billing information but doesn't accept any German Credit Card or German Paypal.
However, I don't have a US Credit Card or anything.

I would just like to get rid of 5 cents without buying anything.At this point i'm happy to just have them deleted. is there any way of oing that?
