camera roll cant sync to itune

Got iphone 6, and wanted to transfer all photos from iphone 5 by sync in itune.

When iphone 5 connected to itune , it shown the total size of photos at the bottom bar and sync successfully.

However when connect ipone 6 to itune, no photos were copid and sync as the size show 0%

already turn off icloud acct or phone stream.

Tried to manually export photos from iphone 5 to PC, but cant locate those photos even looking at those photos.

You can transfer data (including photos) from an old iPhone to a new one by using backup and restore in either iTunes or iCloud (not iTunes Sync). Transfer content from an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to a new device - Apple Support
