We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove your the gift card codes from your post (hopefully nobody else has now redeemed them).
What was the error message that you got ? Without knowing what it says it's difficult to suggest a solution.
