iphone batterie

hey,

i have an iphone 4s and it worked fluent but now since last sunday the battery is low and the iphone has no batterie/akkumulation any more.

i put it at the energy but it doesnt start to full.

i tried the mac book and itunes too, but my pc cant see the iphone.

so i am not able to turn it on or to reset.

the picture of the batterie and the cable (which tell that it need energy) are flashing.

it doesnt fall down...

i hope someone can help me

It sounds as if your iPhone's battery is not charging as it should, a distressing situation to be sure. Let's see if we can get you back up and running. I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article -
