It seems your device isn't connecting to Wi-Fi successfully when waking. I have linked to an article that may help you find a resoultion:

thanks for your suggestion, but i have no problem with WiFi. it is with mobile network.

But the message from my iPad when I trying to using the WiFi..."This error is most often caused by having no connection to the internet or a misconfigured network, or an unresponsive DNS server." But my iPhone and PC are working fine. I haven't changed any of the settings on the iPad either.
