How can I reinstall the App Store?
I have lost all the programs except safari, how can I reinstall everything?

In order to reinstall the applications that are installed as part of the system, you'll need to reinstall OS X. While the article linked below is written for OS X Mavericks (10.9), the steps are the same for Lion (10.7) through Yosemite (10.10).
