How do I check my bank record in account settings?

I Keep trying to download my messenger on face book. It takes me to install then it says to verify my account. I go to change my visa number to my current one. After that it tells me that my bank records do not match my account. i have checked my information on my bank slip and I made sur the information matched perfectly. What do I do next?
