Is there anyway to tweak the cable modems to work better on I pads Desktop and laptop are running fine

My iPads work fine with my modem and router.

How slow is your iPad? Does it work OK at other locations?

iPad is running At .23 mps when I'm paying for a 150 mps desktop and laptop are running fine
