I am seeing other peoples computer documents and pictures in All My Files, help me turn it off?

I share a wireless network with roommates. My iMac's All My Files section is picking up all their files. I do not want to see their ****. How do I stop seeing their files in 'all my files' yet stay on same wireless network?
