J'ai mis des dossiers dans ma poubelle que j'ai vidée. Comment les récupérer? Je n'avais pas fait mon backup donc il ne les a pas enregistré dans Time Machine.

A key point is not to use the computer until you decide upon a recovery process.


Also, you don't say what type of files you trashed.

If your files were created with a program such as Microsoft Office and you had Autosave enabled, you can still find backups or temporary copies of those files.

Some other programs such as Scrivener, create backups, as well.
