i had just made a purchase on my credit card and there is no credits i need to resolve my prob because i still have remaining bill and i want to cancel the remaining and i cant download any app until i make this payment so plz if anyone has an idea how to resolve this kind of prob tell me plz .

All purchases are considered final, but you can try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will cancel the purchase : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
If they don't then you won't be able to download anything else (including app updates and redownloading) from the store until you have paid what you owe.
