Mac Air 13" 1yr Old Horizontal lines on screen - Hardware issue. Cost to repair?

Hello all!

Got a 1 year old Macbook Air 13", 143 days out of warranty that is having issues with the screen. Horizontal lines flickering through the screen that gets better or worse with movement.

I've booked to see the Genius next week, just wondering what sort of cost I'll be looking at? I'm assuming it's the screen ribbon/cable that's to blame.
