I have set family sharing with my daughter (with "Ask to Buy" turned on), When she sends me request, a notification appears on my iPhone but if I punch my password on it without approving, the notification disappears and I can't find it anywhere. Where did it go?

You can see notifications, including Ask to Buy notifications on your iPhone by bringing up the Notifications Center. Swipe down from the top of the screen to get it. See this article for reference -
