I need to reset my new work phone that is a iphone 4. The only problem is it won't let me because its been set up by the person who had the phone first and he no longer works for my company
Have your IT department get proof that the company was the original purchaser of that
iPhone 4. Then either take that proof and the iPhone to a physical Apple store or whoever
provides iPhone support for your location or contact Apple for assistance.
