Some videos and will not play, black screen and no sound

Hi

I have some videos in iTunes and the ones with no picture at the start will not play only black screen. Below are three videos the first will play on the computer or over Apple TV but the other two will not, any idears? Also when I go to apple TV the video loads and looks like it is playing as in the time bar shows it is loading and running but there is no sound or picture.and I have QuickTime 10.4 plus all the videos are H264 MPEG 4.
