Pop Ups in Safari, Iphone 5

Hey guys! For the past two days I have been getting this annoying pop ups from adultcameras.info and most of all bestadbids.com on Safari! This thing is so annoying! I can't even open a webpage because I get this.

I did a reset to " all settings" and I have Block Pop ups in green and Do Not Track on green to ( ON). Do you guys know a solution? Please help me out with this.
