how to recover encripted backup password?

I had set an encript iphone back up and forgot the password and not able to recover my backup.

You cannot turn it off unless you know the password for it.


If you are attempting to restore a new phone from a backup of an old one, and still have access to the old one, you can try backing up the old one to iCloud and restoring the new from the iCloud backup instead.


Otherwise, your data is inaccessible unless you can remember that password.
