Notifications take a while to show

Ever since I got forced(yeh thanks Apple for FORCING me to update, i somewhat hate you) to update to 8.1.3 the notifications take for ever to show. Say i get a message, first the screen will turn on so i can see the lockscreen but no notification. a few minutes later i get to see the notification. so i have to wait a few minutes just to see what the notification is!? WHY?! I knew 8.1.3 was a bad update. thats why i never wanted to update yet you make it so when we reset contents and settings it doesnt so we have to force update. thanks apple, im not stupid.
