Audio from one track plays through another track and I have no busses?!

Hi

So recently, i've found that e.g. Audio from track 1 will play through Track 2 and I have no busses. Here is a picture.

This seems to happen quite regularly now and I'm really not sure why!? Does anyone have any idea?!

And its not just track 1 and or 2. It could be that audio in track 1 comes out of track 24, or audio in track 3 comes out of 7.

And again, no busses.

Would really appreciated some help!
