SIr ive lost my village on clash of clans when some one log on to my game center

What should i do to recover it mr super cell..

    TheLegends - could assist me in restoring my CoC Village?

     

    My iPad had a hardware issue, Apple replaced it, I set up my new iPad and my GameCenter account is not linking to my village.

     

    I've emailed support for CoC, but haven't heard anything for several days.
