How can I get back deleted photo on iPhone 5s

I deleted a video on my iphone 5s back in July 2014, I have iCloud but I never used it so I don't how to use it and how can it help me if it can. How can I get back my video?

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.1.3

If you did not set up iCloud backups or backed up to your computer before you deleted the video, its gone. Check and see if backups is enabled un Settings>>iCloud >>iCloud backups.

Eight months later is quite a while to try to fix the issue. However, unless you have a backup somewhere of this video you've deleted, then you cannot recover it.
