Transferred music to new PC using iPod nano.

Looks like I have successfully transferred my music library on iTunes to my new PC (HP Pavilion w/ Windows 7). Many songs that were imported to my old computer are in the iPod nano 7th gen, but appear on the computer with an ! indicating that the file cannot be located. Cannot play or add to a playlist. Is there a solution?

Good day Kimberly,

Songs that were not purchased from the iTunes Music Store can not be brought over from an iPod to a computer, so if you brought these songs in from a CD or from some other source you will need to find another means of getting them to your new computer. See this article for reference -
