iCloud Photo Library (Final version) ?

Hi guys,

I know that iCloud Photo Library is now in beta version and also released to the public... but my question is, when will the final version be released? and will it include more features? like editing the photos from icloud.com and also view the recently deleted album and so? do any of you know or is there anything I can read more about the final version?
