Safari won't work any longer
I have iPad with IOS 8. It just all of a sudden stopped working. Can anyone shed some light?
I deleted all of the website data and held the Home button down for 10 seconds but nothing. Restart - nothing.

From what I gather, the Safari app isn’t opening on your iPad, even after restarting the device. If you haven't already, try restoring your iPad as shown in the article below.
Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support
