Hello,
I have a question concerning the Apple ID and their recovery.
When I set up iCloud Drive I still had my old email address that has changed in the last few months, so I have the data updated my Apple ID.
My question:
Does the recovery key even with my new email address - I've just updated this - or do I need to create a new e-mail address, a new recovery key ??
(If a newer must be created, how to do it then, because this has indeed occurred during initial iCloud Drive.)
Thank you for your answers,
Best Regards

From there:
If you ever need a new Recovery Key, you can create one at My Apple ID:
- Go to My Apple ID.
- Select Manage your Apple ID and sign in with your password and trusted device.
- Select Password and Security.
- Under Recovery Key, select Replace Lost Key.
After you create a new key, your old Recovery Key is no longer usable.
