product loced from find my friends app and i need to find ip address. After product was stolen serial number can not be accepted from suport syste.and in greece there is is no support team on weekends.It was a buisness mac and the damage is huge.

Please elaborate because I don't understand what you're trying to convey here.
I hope you have current backups of your data.
If you are running a business, this should be your number one priority.
i have hard copies from older projects and i found on cloud all the new on going. the product was stolen on thursday night. on Saturday it was tracked from find my mac and locked but i can't find the ip address to give it to the local authorities. time is passing. and in greece there is no apple support on weekends. i tried to log in in apple support site with my serial and it say that is not correct. i have used it befor but now i can't.
If Find My Mac is giving you the location you need to contact your local police. The IP address is not important.
Apple can't help you with that.
but it didn;t . i resived a mail that said that my mac was locked and no location
just take it to the police
also from police they need ip address. time and date.
i did. it is all reported. but they need ip address to locate it.
