Cannot connect to iTunes Store (0)

Hello All,

My phone will no longer allow me to make in application purchases. Whenever I attempt to make a purchase I revive the following error "
Cannot connect to iTunes store (0)". From what I can tell this is an error that is not easily fixed and it does not appear there is a good answer for. So my question is simple... How do I fix it?


There is no issue with my internet all required ports are opened


I have tried to change the DNS


I have checked restrictions etc.


I have attempted to change the date and time forward and then back to "auto" setting


I have restored my phone from backup


Yes my phone is on newest iOS


I have disabled wifi and used cellular only


And just a few other things. My next step will be to jailbreak the phone and fix the thing but I'm trying to leave my phone non jailbroken for now.


All help is appreciated.
