My app purchase is disappear and I can't do in-app purchase.

There is a Chinese app and not offer in American app store. After I change my country from China to American and at the first everything is ok, I used do the in-app purchase. But today when I want buy it again, app remind me that I have not this app purchase. I check my app purchase , most of them disappear.

But I already pay the money in apple id. If my account have money, I can't change my country.

You can change your country, but your purchases from China are not accessible while you are signed into the American iTunes Store. If you have the Chinese app downloaded on your device already, no issue. But you cannot access in-app purchases, updates, or see them in your Purchased list for re-downloading until you are signed back into the Chinese Store.
