I can't download Podcasts App

I am not able to download the podcasts app because it says i already have it installed and i and find it on itunes or the search option och my iphone. If i search for it on the App Store it says "Open Podcasts" but when i press it nothing happens. I have rebooted my phone and also restored my phone and nothing works!

Any ideas?
