Graphics Card and Photoshop (CS5) Issue - Please Help!

This morning, I went to open a photo with Adobe CS5. It wouldn't open and it crashed (quit unexpectedly). After playing around a bit, I realized that I could fix it by disabling the OpenGL option under preferences. Thus, I think that it may have to do with my graphics card. I have a lat 2013 MacBook Pro with Retina display. The card that it has is a NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M card. Can anyone help me with this? I can leave the Open GL unchecked, but would really like to fix the problem if possible so that I can have full CS5 utility. Thank you!!!
