Can I unpark cores on Windows (Bootcamp) on my Macbook?

So I have Windows 7 installed on my Mid 2012 MacBook Pro. I use Windows only for gaming (Counter Strike only to be honest) and after one of the game's patches I've been having some problems with the game, probably because of the HD4000 Graphic card (I have 10GB Ram and SSD, so it must be it).

I know that on PCs unparking cores helps with FPS in games. Is it safe to do it on Mac? Will that affect in any negative way my Macbook or OS X?

No. "Un-parking" cores has no effect on OS X. You are running BC, so a reboot is required to switch. The "un-parking" process may need to be repeated when you switch.
