are there any apps available to enable click clock on an Apple MagicPad?

I have limited hand function and would like to set up my Apple magic pad with the click lock function similar to a PC.I have not been able to find any apps which support this function. I would also be open to having a keystroke function to lock the cursor however that is beyond mycomputing abilities.
